well I posted an article on astral projection so maybe you want to check that out. Also I would give up on teleportation , maybe try remote viewing instead. About aura fighting, focus on energy control outside of your body. It's common to be able to control the energy inside your body but if your going to do anything combative with it you should learn how to will energy that is outside of your being so you don't end up pulling the negative energy into your own body and causing yourself harm. also if your going to do anything combative with magick become familiar with sheilding and cleansing and also be able to maintain your focus for a prolonged period of time. For tracking, first get familiar with feeling your own aura, then focus on feeling the aura of people your close with then move on to feeling aura's of people your not familiar with, then try finding the aura of people your close with over a long distance, next i would work on feeling the aura of anyone at a distance. This will probably work better if you know someone who also has a strong aura as it can be harder to do with people who are weaker.
